I totally agree.He’s amazingly fast, but at least stop strutting for a second to congratulate the other players, I really don’t like his attitude after he wins.
He is only 21 and he won beat two records and won both the 100 and 200 who wouldn’t feel on top of the world.I know I would! Again keep in mind he is young! I think its perfectly normal for him to be show boating after such a win.He is a beautiful young and confident man!
No he’s just overjoyed by his win.. and is just really energetic and hyper. Plus he donated $50000 to China’s earthquake cause and shook hands with other people after the 100 by 4 relay race.
The young man is proud of what he has done for himself and Jamaica. Allow him to get his airtime. After all, we are not going to see the medal ceremony. This proves to show that Jamaica is not about cursing and smoking marijuana…the island consists of other natural attributes.

it is just you. i can’t recount the several American athletes who can win this contest of so called non-sportsmanship but i distinctly remember Maurice Greene at the Sydney Olympics, tongue and all.
Bolt has been proven to be the fastest man in the world and I am in full agreement with him celebrating how he did.

Yes! He won, but he acts too cocky after his races. Like when Micheal Phelps, Shawn Jonhson (and most other people) win a gold medal, you dont see them dancing and acting all cocky and annoying. He has a right to be happy and excited, but he’s the biggest showoff in the Olympics!
NOOO….I was watching one of the relays today and great britain was ahead and winning. About 20 meters away from the finish line the guy from GB kept looking back taunting those behind him and he shook the baton in a gesture like ” come on go faster.” Usain bolt was just proud. He wasn’t rude to anyone else. Plush he won 3 olympic golds and set 3 world records.

I think the biggest show-off in the world is the American Men 4x400m runners after they won their race last night. See their faces….remind me of those rappers with bling bling in the music video.

HOW CAN A GUY WHO HAS MADE SUCH INSURMOUNTABLE ACHIEVEMENTS NOT ALLOWED TO ENJOY IT THE WAY HE DID? I think it is just you. Do you have any idea how hard the jamaican team work? and how they are able to be successful with the use of performance enhancers? For years they have been cheated out of their place in history, denied by athletes who have dominated track and field (mostly americans) only to find out later that they have been doping. Usain has clearly been the the life saver of the Olympics (post phelps), he is an athlete who has electrified the sport,and deserves to celebrate they way he did. By the way, did anyone criticize maurice green when he stuck his tongue out after winning? Jacques Rogge should be ashamed of himself. GO – Usain, the WORLD loves you, a true drug free champion!!
