Basically I am asking what his 40 yard time was in that race. I don’t want this calculated based on his overall time but rather measured off of a video or otherwise calculated while taking acceleration into consideration.

what u talkin about i dont get ya
I don’t have a clue sorry but if you watch the video then you could probably guess if you had a stopwatch with you.
if you watch the video, he was level with all the other runners for nearly the first half of the race. Everyone else either slowed down a little or he suddenly accelerated which made the second half of the race faster for him i think.
One reason he is faster is because his stride length is much bigger than everyone elses
Here are the splits from Usain Bolt’s record 100M:
His 40 yard time = 4.35 with reaction time
His 40 yard time = 4.19 without reaction time.
It is the fastest 40 ever covered in a timed 100 meter race, Maurice Green ran a 4.20 without RT(4.34 with reaction time) in 2001.
Reaction time:0.165
first 10M+RT =1.85
10-20 M =1.02
10-20 M =0.91
10-20 M =0.87
10-20 M =0.85
10-20 M =0.82
10-20 M =0.82
10-20 M =0.82
10-20 M =0.83
10-20 M =0.9
100 Meter time =9.69
40 yard time with RT = 4.35
40 yard time without RT = 4.19
