  4. Encore125 says:

he means it wont have any performance increase if your just stretching before a run. It will help loosen your muscles yes but for it to actualy help with speed you should practise reguarly before an event… mabey if u read posts and gave it a sec thing like this would click

  5. fitnessmies says:

Do you think he could stretch all the way back to africa?

  8. TuBig4Life says:

the only thing u need to stretch is your dick lol

  9. Kraig00 says:

it is actually very good stretching a couple minutes before, stop giving out wrong information u FUCKWIT.. if you dont stretch prior to a run, you could pull a muscle.

  10. NESIANSKILLZ says:

You need to give your muscles enough time to get used to the stretch and adjust itself to the change in the body. No good stretching only couple of minutes before a event or whateva.

  11. kareemtehdream says:

terrible advice. any decent athlete knows not to over stretch the muscle group regardless of what you are doing. that’S why this clown will never be a top athlete. his PB is 10.2 while mine is 10.32 and i’m not a payed professional.

  12. WWMac says:

i know what youre saying but you do need to stretch. Like jag a lil bit then strtch and get loose. then do your warm ups and your leg muscles should contract back to their default but you’ll be able to run with less resistance.

  13. phsyxx says:

Just because he’s a world class athlete doesn”t mean he’s world class at explaining or instructing you at training for your event.
If so, he’d be a world class coach.
    Big difference.

  14. andrewstolcers says:

im no olympic athlete but when you stretch before a sprinting event you loose 20% of your muscle power. When running your muscles are in a retracting motion, when you stretch them it loosens them beyond the point of that retraction lowering the power you create on the track. dynamic sprint warm-up makes a crucial difference and offers the same benefits of stretching. you can still stretch but longer than 7 seconds you loose power.

  15. AjwinsIow says:

The stretch is called that because your stretching in the position you would be in when doing a hurdle.
